My Story
Nazar is driven by a passion for international cooperation and spirited debate, having spent over a third of his life dedicated to the art of argumentation. As head of both the competitive debate team and Model United Nations (MUN) at his school, he has participated in nine MUN conferences, chaired one, and earned Best Delegate twice—at SYMUN, an international conference, and at a national MUN event in Spain. His debating experience extends across language borders, competing in both English and Spanish, competing in prestigious leagues like CICAE, where he twice captained his school’s team. Currently, as head of MUN, Nazar is organising a national MUN conference in his school for schools across Spain and plans to lead an international MUN trip with his team.
In addition to his passion for debate, Nazar is deeply involved in business. He leads his school’s business club and manages an investment simulation within it. His entrepreneurial spirit has earned him multiple victories in business competitions, including the Washington Business Week competition, where he later returned as an intern to mentor new participants. Nazar is also working on a collaboration with DECA, aiming to create more opportunities for his business club.
With roots in both Belarus and the U.S., Nazar's cultural and linguistic diversity (he speaks English, Spanish, Russian, and German) enriches his global perspective. This background fuels his enthusiasm for engaging in international discussions on business, current affairs, and diplomacy. Committed to inspiring others, he also teaches Spanish globally and has mentored students in German.
Looking ahead, Nazar plans to create an NGO to provide education to children in need, establish new clubs at his school, and engage in programs that build on his interests in business and global affairs. In the future Nazar sees himself studying Business, Business Economics and international relations in a world leading university.
