GOEL
Born in India and raised in diverse academic and cultural environments, Aadith Goel has always embraced challenges with a vision for creating impact. Currently studying at TISB, he combines academic rigor with a commitment to entrepreneurship and social responsibility. From a young age, Aadith’s curiosity about problem-solving shaped his approach to leadership and innovation, guiding him through numerous initiatives that reflect his drive to make meaningful contributions.
My Story
In 9th grade, Aadith launched Shiksha, a project focused on reducing educational inequality by promoting the reuse of textbooks. Under his leadership, the initiative collected over 900 books and partnered with four schools, spreading awareness about resource sharing and sustainability. This project not only strengthened Aadith’s understanding of social impact but also laid the groundwork for future endeavors like connectSpark, a career counseling initiative that reached 15 schools across five states, providing guidance to over 400 students in underprivileged communities.
Aadith’s passion for entrepreneurship took a global turn when he participated in the Wharton Global Youth Program, where he earned recognition for his pitch on CRIB, an app designed to connect families with babysitters in the USA. This experience sharpened his ability to merge innovation with practical problem-solving. Similarly, during his internship with PwC, Aadith led a team to develop a business expansion plan for Tesla in India, achieving results far above expectations. These milestones reflect his ability to take on challenges and deliver solutions that are both innovative and impactful.
Beyond academics, Aadith expresses his creativity and empathy through his podcast, Off the System, where he shares the life stories and lessons of people in old-age homes, fostering a deeper understanding of human experiences. His athletic achievements further showcase his leadership skills, as he captained his school’s badminton team to consecutive victories, earning the “Best Player” award for two years in a row.
Looking ahead, Aadith aims to combine his entrepreneurial spirit with advanced studies in business and economics. He envisions a career where he can build scalable solutions, like his work on Peelcast, a sustainable casting material that blends accessibility with environmental responsibility. Aadith is driven by the belief that purposeful leadership and innovation can create lasting change, and he aspires to continue leading initiatives that bridge societal gaps and improve lives globally.
